These terms apply to every purchase you make at www.yocamera.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Formation of contract
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, clearly mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent, we may cancel it before dispatch and refund you in full.
2. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of the language you are browsing: CNY for Chinese, EUR for German, French and Spanish, USD for English, and JPY for Japanese. The amount on the order confirmation is decisive. Japanese prices include consumption tax; EU prices include destination VAT collected under the IOSS scheme.
3. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders enter fulfilment only after full payment. Unpaid orders are closed automatically after 48 hours.
4. Delivery and risk
Goods are dispatched from Shenzhen, China by cross-border direct mail. Delivery times are set out on the Shipping & Returns page; public holidays and customs inspection may extend them. Risk passes to you or your nominated recipient on delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Notify us at {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} within that period and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You bear the cost of return shipping; if the goods are faulty we bear it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return. Customised items and opened consumable accessories are excluded.
6. Warranty
All batteries carry a 12-month warranty from delivery. We replace free of charge any battery that fails due to defective materials or workmanship. Damage from misuse, liquid, dismantling or non-compatible chargers is excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Liability
We are liable for foreseeable direct loss only, not for lost profits or other indirect loss. Where a battery defect damages a camera, our liability is capped at three times the order value. Mandatory statutory liability is unaffected.
8. Intellectual property
Text, images and page design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of {{COMPANY_ADDRESS}}. Consumers in the EU retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of habitual residence.
